Yes, but only on the conditions of Government Resolution No 526: under a collective agreement to no less than 50% of the maximum rate; without one, under a company policy only for trips of at least 7 days and to no less than 65%. Employees must be told the reduced rate in writing before the trip, and information and consultation procedures must be completed before the policy is adopted.
